Italian
cuisine focuses on simple and natural ingredients thus making it healthy and
nutritious. The dish can also be cooked with a mixture of different types of
mushrooms. The creamy texture of the mushroom is just beautiful when blended
with dried herbs.
· 5clove of garlic
· 300gms of chicken medium
piece
· 3 white onions, finely
chopped
· 200gms of oyster mushrooms,
roughly chopped
· Salt to taste
· 1medium size tomato puree
· 3tsp olive oil
· Dry red chili 2
· 1tsp Oregano
· 1/3 tsp Chives
· Freshly grounded black
pepper
PREPARATION
1. Heat the oil in a
skillet, add finely chopped onions 2 and bruised garlic cloves.
2. Once the onion is
golden brown; add the mushrooms, cook for 10-15minutes until the ingredients
are translucent.
3. Add the chicken and
salt and cook for another 20 minutes on a low flame.
4. Finally, add the
tomatoes, red chili, oregano and chives and black pepper cook until thick.
5. Serve with pasta or
bread.
