Squid Fry in Oyster sauce

Squid/Calamari fry are great for appetizers and snacks as they are crispy and mouthwatering; they do not take too much time to cook as well. Most people prefer cooking them as rings however I chose to make some curly. Asian flavors are infused into the calamari in this quick recipe by marinated them in oyster sauce and it is best to salt immediately after frying.
