Crispy Piri Piri Chicken with Beetroot Mayo sauce

The dish is inspired after I had gone to McDonald's for some French fries. I found it boring since they only tossed the fries in the powder and the potato was still bland, if that's what sells!

I thought why not this with some chicken do, a dry crispy deep fried version with some sauce so that I can feel the aroma and pepper burst in my mouth and I just love that and this made my world go around!

Chicken Piri Piri

It tasted awesome- crispy and succulent at the same time. I am game to try this new-found love for another variety of pepper - Peri Peri. 

INGREDIENTS:
1.    Chicken breast -2
2.    Peri Peri Marinade
3.    Salt to Taste
4.    Lemon juice -1 teaspoon
5.    Finely chopped beet root
6.    Mayonnaise
7.    Egg whites- 2 eggs
8.    Corn flour -1 teaspoon
9.    Oil to Fry

PREPARATION:
1.    I have beaten the chicken breasts gently and marinated with lemon juice and Piri Piri powder; I have used Satvikk Peri Peri Marinade and marinated for an hour.
2.    Mix the corn flour in egg whites and then dip the chicken
3.    Deep fry the chicken in oil for 7 minutes on each side until golden brown in low flame
4.    Now increase the heat and fry for another minute on each side
5.    Once done, plate the chicken and serve hot
6.    For the sauce, beat the finely chopped beetroot in mayonnaise
