Mula di Murgi mangxo | Chicken & Turnip Curry | Assamese recipe

Assamese style Chicken & Turnip Curry
Mula di murgo mangxo is an Assamese style recipe where chicken is cooked with turnip. This delicious chicken gravy is typically prepared during autumns and winters in North East India. You will be amazed by how incredibly delectable this healthy recipe is, where the peppiness from the turnip is perfectly contrasted by the chicken. The meat is tender and absorbs the flavorful spices and condiments. The dish looks beautiful and just perfect with piping hot steamed rice when the cold airs fills the homes.
