Fenugreek Chicken

As I was browsing through the spice jars before the monthly visit to the grocery store, I saw that I have Fenugreek seeds, which I have not used much except for regular masala mutton gravy or lentil tempering. I am not a big fan of using Fenugreek seeds in my dishes or probably never explored its uses as well unlike other spices, my bad!!

Chicken with Fenugreek Seeds
I would dedicate this dish to come up with something mild and delicate and of course use Fenugreek- the queen of this recipe. The dish is slightly bitter however the peanuts and onions add an earthy and rustic feel to the dish. I loved the crudeness of this dish and the meal left me satiated.
