INGREDIENTS
1.
Pork 500 grams

Green chilies 10
to 15 slit
3.
Rice flour 3 tablespoons
– mix it with water and make a paste
4.
Roselle leaves 2
teaspoons
PREPARATION
1.
Take a deep pan,
add your pork and slit green chilies- Stir it well, cover and cook it for 20
minutes on a low flame and ensure that you occasionally stir in between until
the water from the pork is almost dried.

Now add your
dried roselle leaves Installed as per taste stir it well and cook it for 5
minutes.
3.
Now add 2 cups of
water and cook it for 20 minutes.
4.
Finally add your
rice flour paste - stir it continuously to ensure that there are no lumps and
open cook it for 5 minutes.
5.
The rice flour
will help the gravy to thicken and once it’s achieves a consistency of
your choice, it’s ready to be served!
