Northeast Indian style Dhania chutney with dried fish |
Coriander – 100gm fresh
Salt – as per taste
Oil -1 tsp
Green chilies- 2
Dry red chilies- 3
Garlic -5 clove
Indian 5 spice- 1/3 tsp
Dry Fish – any of your choice
Preparation:
1.
Roast the dry fish over a charcoal or
stove.
2. Take a small deep pan and dry roast the dry chilies for a minutes
stirring continuously. Take it off the pan and keep it aside.
3. Now in the same pan, heat the oil. Add the Indian 5 Spice and
garlic cloves, lightly fry it for a minute and turn of the heat
4. Take a grinder, add all the ingredients and pound it into a smooth
paste.
