Tangkhul Naga style Chilli Pork from North East India |
INGREDIENTS

Pork 500 grams chopped into chunky
pieces

Chilli powder 2 tablespoon
3.
Salt as per taste
PREPARATION
1.
Take a heavy bottomed pan or pot, add
2 liters of water, pork and salt as per taste – stir, cover and cook it on a
low flame for 1 hour occasionally stir in between.
2.
Now your chilli powder, which should
be 1:10 ratio of your pork. Stir and open cook for another 1 hour.
