Raphei Hoksa - a Naga style chilli pork recipe

It’s an easy to cook and simple pork recipe, which is stewed for hours in Sirarakhong chili powder locally available in the Ukhrul district of Manipur however you can replace with any chili powder. This dish is not just beautiful but superlatively delicious, where the pork is juicy, tender and goes perfectly with piping hot steamed rice.
