Oven Baked Pork Chops Recipe

I never get bored with North East Indian style pork recipes, but I do love other versions too. This weekend when I saw a pound of pork left and was not enough to cook for a meal; I decided to try this juicy and yummilicious baked pork chop. The recipe is simple and easy to cook, and we need not depend on buying jars of sauce, I am sure if you are new to baking you should try this recipe, I promise its full proof and best part it is not messy. Being a believer of slow cooking, this recipe helps to adjust and learn on how to bake meat.

The marinade mix is simple, and every kitchen will have them these basics. The marinade plays the most important role making the chops extra juicy and infusing the savoury flavor and it is very important that you should cook them for just enough time so that they don’t get burnt or overcooked. Without further ado, let’s start cooking.

5.     After 30 minutes, flip the pork chops and pour the remaining sauce over it. Again, cover it with the foil bake for 10 minutes and then remove the foil.
6.     Now lower the temperature to 100 degrees C and bake uncovered for 10 -15 minutes however ensure that it does not get burnt and keep a close eye.
