Chicken with Curd Curry
The chicken with curd dish is inspired from the scorching summer we are facing this year in Bangalore, when your mouth slurps to eat some delicious chicken without the fear of getting heated up and burning ourselves on our dining table. The chicken is ultra-tender and although there are spices, the curd does not let the dish overpower. The dish goes well Serve with rice and flat breads.

INGREDIENTS
1.      1/2 kg Chicken
2.      Salt to taste
3.      ½ tsp Turmeric
4.      ¼ tsp Ginger paste
5.      ¼ tsp Garlic paste
6.      2tsp Coriander powder
7.      2tsp Cumin Powder
8.      1tbs Vegetable oil
9.      Green chili paste as per taste
10.  250ml Curd
11. 2 Onions of medium size

PREPARATION:
1.      Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric, ginger garlic, cumin and coriander powder for at least 1 hour.
2.      In a pan, fry the onions in the vegetable oil until translucent.
3.      Once fried, add the marinated chicken. Cook on a high flame.
4.      Then add green chilies paste generously and fry until brown.
5.      Add the curd, bring it to a boil and thicken as per choice.

6.      Garnish with curd on top.
