Dohneiiong | Pork Fry with Sesame Seeds | Khasi Recipe

Dohneiiong is unique recipe and a reminiscence of our beautiful North East India. It is a simple pork fry with rich earthy flavour of sesame seed paste reminding you of the endless drizzle days in Meghalaya. The sesame seeds just transform the pork into a whole new level making it ultra-tender, juicy and superlatively tasty. The recipe is a must for special occasion which tells you how much we love it.
