Moringa leaves with duck eggs |
INGREDIENTS
1. Moringa Leaves 500grams
2. Duck Eggs 3 large
3. Cumin Seeds 1/4th tea spoon
4. Oil 3 tablespoon
5. Dried Red Chilies 2 to 3
6. Garlic 5 to 8 cloves
7. Salt as per taste
PREPARATION
1. Put oil
in a pan, once hot and your finely chopped garlic - stir fry it for a minute on
the low flame.
2. Now
are your cumin seeds and dried red chilies - lightly temper them for 10 seconds.
3. Then
add your moringa leaves and salt as per taste – stir, cover and cook it on the
low flame until the leaves becomes flaccid, which should take about 5 to 8
minutes. Now you must open cook stirring continuously until it becomes
completely dried.
4. Finally
crack the duck eggs and mix them with the leaves cook them together until they
are completely cooked.
