Crispy Tofu fry |
Tofu or bean curd is made up of soya milk and it’s not Paneer or
cottage cheese, that’s how most Indian brands packet reads as. I even like it
raw with salads. This is a good to start for a basic recipe for tofu. Easy to
cook and should be handled without putting too much pressure as it’s delicate.
I did not add enough masala as I like it this way, however if it too bland for
you, you may add some more ingredients like fennel seeds and cumin. You can
always personalize the way you would want to choose your spices and vegetables.
It really goes well with any chutney or sauce and salads.
INGREDIENTS
§ Tofu
50gm
§ 100
ml oil
§ Salt

chili powder and Garam masala (5spice) in a bowl.
