dry red chilies tear to half.
· 1
medium sized onions, finely chopped
· 1/2tsp
ginger-garlic paste
· 1tsp
dark soy sauce
· 300gms
· Salt
to taste
· 1/3
tsp corn flour mixed in ½ bowl of water
· 3tsp
oil
PREPARATIONS
1.Heat oil in a pan, add onions, red chilies,
salt, ginger-garlic paste and soy sauce, cook for 1minute on a medium flame.
2.Now add the mushrooms and cover the lid for
another 5mins in a low flame.
3.Finally add the corn flour mixture, cook for
another 4mins and dry to the consistency of your choice.
