Hmarcha Rawt | Mizo Chilli Chutney

Chili chutney from Mizoram

Hmarcha Rawt basically translates into Chili chutney in Mizo. It’s very popular and usually served as side during meals. The recipe is simple and yet loaded with flavours that makes you go slurp and if you are a chili fanatic like me, you will love it too!

The chutney is absolutely delicious, appetizing, fresh and I love the flavour of the green chilies blending beautifully with the crunchy onions.
