Arsa Biepenek | Hmar Chicken Curry | Hmar Recipe

Arsa Biepenek is a spicy chicken dish of Hmar tribe of Mizoram. The dish is awesomely delicious and flavoured with Bird’s eye chilies, which significantly changes the entire taste of an otherwise humble dish. The specialty of the dish is that although it’s not spicy; its hot and the gravy is thickened with rice flour. This recipe is a must try North East Indian dish and I am sure you will love it too.
