Smoked Pork Northeast Indian Food |
Smoked Pork Chutney is the
simplest yet most delicious way to cook smoked pork in North East Indian tribal
style. The smokey flavour from the meat is a heavenly bliss. The heat and
flavour of the green chilies get beautifully infused into the meat and the
onions adds a crunchy texture. With just a few humble
ingredients you can make this amazing smoked pork recipe.

Smoked Pork 200
grams

Green chili 5 to
10
3.
Salt as per taste
4.
Onions 2 small
finely chopped

Heat a flat pan
or skillet, place your smoked pork and cook it on a look flame for 20minutes by
flip the meat to ensure that it is evenly cooked. Take them off the pan and let
it cool.

Once your cooked
smoked pork has cooled, chop into small or bite size pieces and keep aside.

In the meantime, puncture
your green chilies then fire grill them over the oven or fire.

Then put the meat
pieces in your mortar with your green chilies. Pound them together into a rough
mixture. This is to enhance the flavor and incorporate their respective juices.
Once done, put them in a serving bowl.

Add your finely
chopped onions and salt as per taste then mix them all together.
